Again and again and again .... BD SurePath™  is superior to ThinPrep® and conventional.

A recent publication summarizes the 2006 CAP cytology survey results for unsat reporting rates for BD SurePath™, ThinPrep® and conventional.  Not surprisingly, BD SurePath™ was found to have the lowest unsat rate of the three and did not have the presence of  blood/mucus/inflammatory cells listed as a common cause of unsats, as was the case for the other methods.
